4 1/2 hours of sleep…
That’s what I’m running on. Today will be a VERY long day. Taking my final photos and editing them till noon. Then, I’ll be studying for my German final for about 4 hours before having to take it tonight… THEN, I get to go to the photo lab to cut mats and print photos for my final portfolio due tomorrow! FFFFFUUUUU. *sigh* all will be OK. I have lots of 5 hour energy shots to keep me going and a badass boyfriend who will keep me a minimally stressed as he can. I just gotta try to stay calm, smoke many cigarettes and hope I don’t have any disasters!

My declaration to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double minor in Photography and German has FINALLY been accepted! Some one you might not understand the importance of this, but as a college student, declaring your major is one of the most important things to happen to you. Once you finally declare your major, its the start of the rest of your life. You are finally done with the bullshit classes and focusing on the things that will help you in your future career!
Another reason why I’m so happy? I’ve been trying to declare my major since JULY! I feel like a huge obstacle has been defeated and I can breathe a little easier now. Only one thing could change all of this. If I decided to go with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. If that happens, I’ll have to pick ONE emphasis area, photography. If that is the case, I’ll just go ahead and do a double major in photography and German. The German minor is a minimum of 24 hours while the major is 27. Might as well go big!
